One of these strategies is by coaching students. Implementing good coaching will increase students' knowledge in achieving goals more effectively. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ners Professional coaching on the level of student satisfaction. This study used a descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was taken with a consecutive sampling technique of 65 respondents. Data collection through filling out a questionnaire. This study used univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female, 83.1%, the implementation of coaching was good, 84.6% and the satisfaction of students who participated in coaching was 52.3%. The results of the chi-square test showed that there was a relationship between the implementation of coaching and the level of student satisfaction with a p-value of 0.04 < ( 𝛼 =0.05).
