The danger of a lack of work-life balance is particularly evident in the banking sector. When it comes to satisfying their clients' varying requirements, bank employees exert tremendous effort. Tightening deadlines and increased workloads mean that workers must prioritise the quality of their product. It's challenging to strike a balance between work and personal life in today's fast-paced, always-on society. Human resource quality directly impacts the success of the banking industry.
