So, this research can help to a greater understanding of these characteristics and, consequently, the motivations for panic buying behavior. The current study is based on quantitative data collected from an Egypt-wide survey of hyper market buyers. In this regard, the utility of this research lies in the fact that it permits the identification of major concerns and the formulation of essential conclusions. Abstract

: This article investigates the influence of emotional and social factors on panic buying during the COVID 19 pandemic.
