Abstract

Based on the fuzzy method, this paper establishes a ranking model of the psychological quality of college teachers and an interception model of assessment indicators. On this basis, a quantitative evaluation method of college teachers' psychological quality is proposed by using the principles of fuzzy psychological evaluation and fuzzy recognition. According to empirical study, this evaluation approach is capable of providing a theoretical foundation for the next teacher training as well as a thorough assessment of the psychological qualities of teachers. 基于模糊逻辑的高校教师心理素质定量评价方法
本文以模糊法为基础,建立了高校教师心理素质排序模型和评价指标截取模型。在此基础上,利用模糊心理评价和模糊识别原理,提出了高校教师心理素质的量化评价方法。根据实证研究,这种评价方法既能为下一步的教师培训提供理论依据,又能对教师的心理素质进行全面评估。研究最后指出,该模型和评价方法也可用于高校教师的引进和培训,并对其发展提出了一些合理的建议。基于模糊心理评价和模糊识别原理的高校教师心理素质量化评价方法的实证研究,有利于更好地构建和谐教育理念下的高校教师心理素质基础。
