Phil worked tirelessly on collecting provocative discussions on books and was always available to help and advise on issues and problems related to the journal. Deep, deep regrets for the omission.
In mentioning all those who played such a great role in the success of Sociological Forum, I forgot to mention the efforts and frequent help and counsel of Philip Kasinitz, the Book Editor of Sociological Forum. Phil worked tirelessly on collecting provocative discussions on books and was always available to help and advise on issues and problems related to the journal.
