Abstract
This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the reliability of submersible electric motors and their failure rate. The main reliability criteria of submersible electric motors and quantitative indicators for their assessment are selected. A reliability calculation and analysis of winding wires used in submersible electric motors are carried out, and recommendations on the submersible electric motor reliability are provided.
