This research will discover the accuracy of MRP method calculation compared to the real-life situation. This research uses the literature review method,interview and direct observation as the sources of information and data. Through this research, found the results of Gross Requirement, Inventory on Hand, Net Requirement, and Planned Order Releases calculation from the Boiler Coffe Maker machine in five months of direct observation. \nHighlights: \n \nEssential Raw Material Management: Key for timely production and meeting customer needs. \nMRP Efficiency: PT.
