The method used in conducting this research was the observation approachmethod. The results of this research were the factors causing the decline in boiler performance atPT. Abstract

A steam boiler is a device that has the function of producing steam, has two importantparts, namely a heating kitchen where heating is obtained from burning fuel in the combustionchamber, and a boiler proper, which is a device that converts pure water into hot steam.
