Abstract
Facial palsy poses a wide differential diagnosis in pediatrics, especially when it is accompanied by symptoms that make it doubtful whether Bell's palsy is present. It is essential to perform a correct anamnesis to rule out diagnoses that require early detection and treatment to improve the prognosis.
