Since the existing explored reserves will not ensure the growth of oil and gas production, it is necessary to increase the amount of investments in the exploration and development of new deposits and hydrocarbon deposits with the aim of increasing their reserves and further growth of production, which requires the adoption of management decisions, which are characterized by increased technological and economic risk, uncertainty. \nTaking into account the main reasons for the decline in oil and gas production in Ukraine, the specifics of the industry and the requirements for information systems in the oil and gas industry, it can be argued that the use of intelligent technologies not only at the strategic, but also at the tactical and technological levels of management - is one of the keys to success in creating/reengineering, implementation and effective use of management decision support systems. \nThe scientific and practical results presented in the article regarding the innovative configurations of architecture and  design, proposed intellectual methodology for tactical and technological subsystems of the corporation management information systems. Abstract

Providing Ukraine with its own oil and natural gas is one of the main tasks of the national economy. The possibility of development of the oil and gas industry is primarily determined by the volume of explored and mined resources. Since the existing explored reserves will not ensure the growth of oil and gas production, it is necessary to increase the amount of investments in the exploration and development of new deposits and hydrocarbon deposits with the aim of increasing their reserves and further growth of production, which requires the adoption of management decisions, which are characterized by increased technological and economic risk, uncertainty. Taking into account the main reasons for the decline in oil and gas production in Ukraine, the specifics of the industry and the requirements for information systems in the oil and gas industry, it can be argued that the use of intelligent technologies not only at the strategic, but also at the tactical and technological levels of management - is one of the keys to success in creating/reengineering, implementation and effective use of management decision support systems. 智能管理信息系统的技术和战术子系统(以石油天然气公司为例)
向乌克兰提供自己的石油和天然气是国民经济的主要任务之一。石油和天然气工业发展的可能性主要取决于已勘探和开采的资源量。由于现有的已探明储量无法确保石油和天然气产量的增长,因此必须增加勘探和开发新矿藏和碳氢化合物矿藏的投资额,以增加其储量并进一步提高产量,这就需要通过管理决策,而管理决策的特点是增加技术和经济风险以及不确定性。考虑到乌克兰石油和天然气产量下降的主要原因、该行业的特殊性以及石油和天然气行业对信息系统的要求,可以说,不仅在战略层面,而且在战术和技术层面的管理中使用智能技术,是成功创建/重新设计、实施和有效使用管理决策支持系统的关键之一。文章中介绍的有关架构和设计创新配置的科学和实践成果,为公司管理信息系统的战术和技术子系统提出了知识方法。不仅在乌克兰的石油和天然气行业,在重新设计企业信息系统时也应考虑上述提出的解决方案[1-3]。此外,在全球和地区宏观经济和军事危机现象的背景下,所取得的成果不仅适用于当地公司,也适用于新兴市场上的国际公司。
