Abstract
Obesity being a global epidemic is increasing in parturients nowadays, leading to super morbid obese parturient undergoing caesarean section. Caesarean section in morbidly obese poses many anaesthetic challenges under general anaesthesia a well as neuraxial anaesthesia.
