Nowadays, the most common form of social security fraud is fraudulently insured. The aim of this research is to explain the problem of fraudulently insured in its legal, economic, and social aspects and to make solutions for the sustainability of the social security system in Turkiye. This research is a descriptive study conducted in a qualitative, case study design. Research data were collected through document analysis, and meta-inferences were made through descriptive analysis. Abstract
