Pengembangan Nilai Kearifan Lokal dalam Penguatan Kebhinekaan Jenjang PAUD dan Pendidikan Dasar di Kabupaetn Sinjai

Abstract

This training was carried out with the aim of developing local wisdom values ​​in strengthening diversity in schools. The training participants are teachers at the kindergarten/PAUD, elementary and middle school levels throughout Sinjai Regency. The training was held on December 8 2023 at the Sanjaya Hotel, Sinjai Regency. The method used in this training is lecture, discussion and followed by preparation of a Follow-up Action Plan (RTL). After participating in this training, participants are expected to be able to understand the importance of accepting differences, be able to analyze types of vulnerabilities and their implications for diversity, and be able to provide examples through practical actions on diversity. Training participants are able to analyze what diversity the school has, what practices are carried out in the school that reflect respect for diversity as well as the challenges faced in realizing a culture of peace and tolerance in schools and how to overcome them.
