Credibility of Information in the Unified State Register of Real Property. Specifics of Correcting the Data by Implementing the System of Integrated Cadastral Works

Abstract

The problem of incomplete information presented in the Unified State Register of Real Property (USRRP) and issues referring to the registry errors in the information entered in the Unified State Register of Real Property, the procedure for correcting thereof, the need of implementing the new methods of forming and correcting the information in the Unified State Register of Real Property are being investigated. Alongside, the initiative to optimise the state services provision in the frame of the “National Spatial Data System” programme, which is aimed at future integration of the information about the real estate objects, property rights for them, cadastral valuation and other features, is analysed. The aims for implementation of such a system have been sorted out, namely, the formation and implementation of the digital geospatial maintenance, ensuring the completeness and credibility of information in the USRRP, enhancing quality of the state and other services provided by the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr).
