This research was designed in the reflective research model (Kleinsasser et al., 1995) which consists of a) needs analysis, b) material development, c) counseling, d) mentoring, f) evaluating. This research provided treatment related to the teaching of idioms to 24 students in 8 (eight) meetings. Research data was obtained from an assessment rubric on student worksheets assessed by 2 (two) experts in the field of Arabic language learning. The results of the research show that the results of the evaluation of Insya's writing ability through learning Arabic idioms for arabic major students from the first meeting to the ninth meeting gradually showed a very significant percentage increase in achievement for all compositions in the assessment rubric.
