Using a true experimental design with a randomized pre and post control group approach. The sample used consisted of 35 male Wistar white rats. Data collection using simple random sampling technique. Paired t test gives the results of p<0.05 in all treatment groups, meaning that there are differences in fasting blood glucose levels of hyperglycemic rats before and after treatment. One way ANOVA test gave the result of p<0.001, meaning that all treatment groups showed a significant difference in the mean difference in fasting blood glucose levels before and after treatment. LSD post hoc test results showed a significant mean difference in fasting blood glucose levels before and after treatment of P1 and P2 with all treatment groups (p<0.001).
