Abstract
Cosmetics are one of the beauty products that are currently in demand among women in Indonesia. In fact, this business never dims at any time, cosmetics have now become one of the basic needs for women and do not rule out the possibility of being used by men. The aim of this research is to find out what kind of protection or legal umbrella is able to protect consumers from the distribution of illegal cosmetics and ensnare the dealers.
