HIV/AIDS infection is a spectrum of infectious diseases of the immune system. Rapid transmission causes difficulty in overcoming this disease. This studied aims to determine potential peptides as vaccine candidates, and to determine the physicochemical properties and homologous properties of vaccine candidates. This studied used a processing method with an immunoinformatics approached and used samples from the p17 matrix protein sequence with PDB code 2HMX. All stages were carried out used the appropriate web server and application. From sequence analysis, selected T-cell and B-cell epitopes was obtained. After designing the vaccine candidate from T-cell and B-cell epitopes, the final stepped was to perform 2D and 3D visualization of the vaccine candidate. The researched shows that the peptide were as follows, adjuvant-EAAAK-GSEELRSLY-AAY-NNSQVSQNY-GPG PG-TGSEELRSLYNTIAV-KK-QPSLQTGSEELRS -KK-DVKDTKEALDK. The physicochemical properties of the HIV vaccine candidate had a total of 116 amino acids, a molecular weight of 12871.66 g/mol, a theoretical pI of 9.58, a number of negative residues 13, a number of positively charged residues 24, the extinction coefficient was 7825 m2/mol, the stability index was 59, 77, aliphatic index 64.74, average hydrophobicity -0.958. The results of the homologous analysis of the matrix protein p17 vaccine candidate stated that the amino acid residues that made up the peptide were not homologous or did not caused an autoimmune response when used as a vaccine candidate.

Hypertension Is a condition where the increase in systolic blood is above the normal limit, which is more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg (WHO, 2021). Hypertension or high blood pressure is often referred to as "the silent killer" because it is often without complaints. To determine the relationship between self-efficacy and family support with adherence to taking hypertension medication in the Working Area of the Tubaan Health Center, Berau Regency. The design of this study was a descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach which was carried out in February-March 2022. The population in this study were hypertension sufferers in the working area of the Tuban Health Center, Berau Regency, totaling 120 people. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling, then obtained a sample of 54 respondents. The statistical test used is Chi Square if t count (pvalue) <0.05 is obtained, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Shows that respondents with good self-efficacy are 39 people (72.2%), have good family support both 18 people (33.3%), and respondents who adhered to taking medication amounted to 36 people (66.7%). The results of the analysis using the chi-square test obtained a p-value = 0.028 <0.05 & a p-value = 0.001 <0.05, which means that Ho 1, Ho 2 are rejected and Ha 1, Ha 2 are accepted. There is a relationship between self-efficacy and family support with adherence to taking hypertension medication in the working area of the Tubaan Health Center, Berau District.

This study aims to examine and identify the knowledge, perception, and attitude of dental students towards online education in higher institution of learning. Online education is an electronically supported learning that relies on the internet for teacher/student interaction and the distribution of class materials. Assessment of knowledge, perception, attitudes, and readiness of 3rd year to 6th year dental students at Lyceum Northwestern university toward the challenges of online learning in dental education was done through electronic questionnaires. Ethical approval was secure from the UREB of the university. The study found that the dental students who participated had a good understanding of online coursework and were proficient in computer skills. The success of e-learning is largely dependent on technological accessibility and having a stable internet connection. However, respondents expressed reservations about the quality of the learning process compared to traditional face-to-face classroom learning. The respondents felt that a combination of both traditional teaching methods and online tutorials would be more ideal than either method alone.

Low bone mass and damage to the microarchitecture of bone tissue are two characteristics of osteoporosis, a systemic bone disease that can raise the risk of fractures. At every stage of life, increasing physical activity positively affects bone health, whereas reducing physical activity can cause bone loss. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a physical exercise program for osteoporosis in the elderly. The technique is a literature review that involves looking for relevant publications using keywords. The inclusion criteria for this study were that the participants in the study were elderly subjects, that the results of the study measured or analyzed the physical exercise program in elderly subjects with osteoporosis, that the study used quasi experiment methods, randomized controlled trials, and cross sectional, that the year of publication of the study was in the time period of 2013–2022, and that the research was conducted in both Indonesian and English. The review's findings indicate that there are six papers that examine physical exercise programs for the elderly, including weight-bearing exercises, balance training, resistance training, and high-intensity resistance and impact training. These exercises can all be performed and have a favorable effect on the elderly. Even if there is no evidence to support the existence of dangers such fractures in physical training programs, it is nevertheless necessary to provide assistance in order to decrease risks.
