The results of this research show that the average value of student observations using reinforcement techniques is in the good category. Abstract

This research aims describe the application of peer assessment in providing reinforcement to the PGSD Microteaching course at at Nahdlatul Ulama University, South Kalimantan, for the academic year 2023-2024. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this research were students of Class 6A of the PGSD Study Program at Nahdlatul Ulama University, South Kalimantan, for the academic year 2023-2024. The research instrument used was an observation sheet of reinforcement skills. The results of this research show that the average value of student observations using reinforcement techniques is in the good category. It can be concluded that peer assessment can be used as an alternative to enhance basic teaching skills in Microteaching courses, especially in reinforcement skills.

本研究旨在描述同行评估在 2023-2024 学年南加里曼丹乌里玛大学 PGSD 微格教学课程中的应用。研究采用定性描述法进行。研究对象为南加里曼丹那达慕大学 2023-2024 学年 PGSD 学习课程 6A 班的学生。使用的研究工具是强化技能观察表。研究结果表明,使用强化技巧对学生进行观察的平均值为良好。由此可以得出结论,在微格教学课程中,同行评价可以作为提高基本教学技能的一种替代方法,尤其是在强化技能方面。
