This research aims to analyze the influence of kamad leadership on teacher pedagogy and professionalism in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research method used is the correlational method. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation with kamad, and a questionnaire in the form of Google Form. The population used by researchers was all State Madrasahs in Bandar Lampung City with a total of 409 Certified Teachers. By using Robert & Morgan's theory, we obtained a sample of 199 Certified Teachers. Data analysis used the product moment test, Cronbach's alpha test, normality test, simple regression test and multiple regression test using SPSS. The results of the findings in the field show: (1) The results of research on the influence of kamad leadership on pedagogy in Bandar Lampung City which was analyzed using SPSS in the summary table with an R-Square of only 12%. According to the interpretation criteria on the Likert scale, it is in the very low category, namely 0% -20%, so it is stated that the influence of kamad leadership on pedagogy in Bandar Lampung City is in the very low category. (2) The influence of kamad leadership on professional teachers in Bandar Lampung City which was analyzed using SPSS was only 14.4%. According to the interpretation criteria on the Likert scale, it is in the very low category, namely 0% -20%, so it is stated that the influence of kamad leadership on professional teachers in Bandar Lampung City is in the very low category. (3) The influence of kamad leadership on teacher pedagogy and professionalism in Bandar Lampung City is only 14.7%. Populasi yang digunakan peneliti adalah seluruh Madrasah Negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah Guru Sertifikasi 409 orang. Dengan menggunakan teori Robert & Morgan, sehingga mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 199 Guru Sertifikasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji product moment, uji alfa cronbach, uji normalitas, uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil temuan dilapangan menunjukkan : (1) Hasil penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan kamad terhadap pedagogik di Kota Bandar Lampung yang di analisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS pada tabel summary dengan R-Square hanya 12%. Menurut kriterian interpretasi dalam skala likert bahwa termasuk kategori sangat rendah yaitu 0%-20%, sehingga dinyatakan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan kamad terhadap pedagogik di Kota Bandar Lampung yaitu kategori sangat rendah.
