Tests were carried out on rosemary extract with concentrations of 10 ppm, 20 ppm, 30 ppm, 40 ppm and 50 ppm with 3 replications. Meanwhile, the DPPH concentration used is 40 ppm. Abstract

Rosemary is a grass plant that belongs to the Lamiaceae family of the genus Rosmarinus. In addition to antioxidant activity, rosemary essential oil is also reported to have antifungal and antibacterial, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic activities.
