A total of 170 female students of The Jacob of Paradies University participated in the study. The standardized research tool used was the Health Behavior Inventory according to Z. Juczynski. The results showed that female students surveyed in 2023 manifested marginally higher intensity of health behaviors than their predecessors surveyed in 2016. In the assessment of the overall intensity of health behaviors, a positive change was observed, in which a medium and high level in 2016 was obtained by 45% of the respondents, while in 2023 the same level was obtained by 60% of the respondents.","PeriodicalId":14786,"journal":{"name":"Język. Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to attempt to determine the changes that have occurred in the awareness of health-oriented attitudes among female pedagogy students over a period of 8 years.
