Incorporating such technologies in museums can also benefit visitors, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of Chinese art and culture.Originality/valueResults support recommendations for improving the use of multimedia technologies in museums for educational programs and visitor experiences in Chinese art and culture appreciation. Abstract
