The study finds that under the theory of synergistic effects, after the reorganization of Ansteel Group and Benxi Steel Group, the operational, financial, and managerial synergistic effects of Ansteel Group continue to be realized, thereby enhancing the performance level of Ansteel Group. Abstract

The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission emphasizes that promoting the reorganization of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) can focus their advantageous resources, which plays a positive role in addressing issues such as the uneven distribution of state-owned capital, inefficient resource allocation, and homogenized development. 国有企业改革背景下的并购绩效研究:鞍钢和本钢案例
国资委强调,推进国有企业重组,可以集中优势资源,对解决国有资本分布不均、资源配置效率不高、同质化发展等问题具有积极作用。本文以国企改革和央企重组为背景,以鞍钢集团和本溪钢铁集团兼并重组事件为案例,基于协同效应理论,探究央企重组如何提升央企绩效。研究发现,在协同效应理论下,鞍钢集团与本溪钢铁集团重组后,鞍钢集团的经营协同效应、财务协同效应、管理协同效应持续实现,从而提升了鞍钢集团的绩效水平。本文旨在论证央企重组对企业绩效的提升作用,呼吁其他央企积极响应国家对兼并重组的要求,为后续央企重组提供建议。
