Abstract

This paper introduces the basic situation of FedEx, including its current main business, industry, market, market segment, revenue and so on. In addition to an initial overview, this article provides a SWOT analysis of FedEx and analyzes its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in various aspects, resulting in a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of FedEx Corporation. At the same time, based on the extraction, calculation and analysis of the data of the NASDAQ website and the ESTIMIZE website, this paper can derive the financial ratios related to FedEx and analyze their trends and proportions through line charts and bar charts. In the same way, this paper obtains and calculates financial data for three FedEx competitor companies, including UPS, J.B Hunt and CH Robinson. After comparing FedEx with its competitors, this paper can estimate its current advantages and risks, and the results of the analysis are very interesting.
