Abstract

Abstract The study addressed talent management practices in Nigeria through management in the hospitality industry. The objective was to evaluate the influence of talent attraction on organizational commitment. The study was hinged on Talent-based theory. The study was analysed empirically. Findings revealed that talent attraction impacts organizational commitment positively. It was concluded that Talent attraction has a positive effect on organizational commitment.
