X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope analyses were performed to examine the internal structure of the different formulations. Overall, the developed NSC mortar satisfied the existing quality standards in terms of strength performance and absorption rate. Abstract
Non-sintered cement (NSC) mortar was developed using only industrial by-products, such as ground granulated blast furnace slag, classes C and F fly ashes, and slaked lime.
