Abstract

The automatic gun feeding system is an important mechanism for achieving continuous shooting, but due to its complex structure, there is a lot of contact during firing, and its reliability is lower. To improve the reliability of the feeding system and its dynamic characteristics, a multi rigid body dynamic simulation model of the feeding system considering contact nonlinearity was established based on nonlinear dynamics theory. The dynamic characteristics of the feeding system were analyzed for single and continuous firing.
