Leveraging advanced techniques, including sequential quadratic programming (SQP), we minimize the impact of noise, ensuring the recovery of the reconstructed matrix. We provide a rigorous proof of convergence for the SQP method, highlighting its effectiveness in achieving reliable reconstructions.
