Abstract

THE EFFECTS OF DICUMAROL, A SPECIFIC INHIBITOR OF DT-DIAPHORASE, WERE INVESTIGATED IN THE AMES REVERSION TEST BY ASSAYING SEVERAL MUTAGENS OF DIFFERENT CHEMICAL CLASSES IN THE PRESENCE OF A VARIETY OF METABOLIC SYSTEMS.
