After ovulation, the granulosa cells transform into the luteal cells of the corpus luteum and produce progesterone. Our study investigated the expression profile of three genes: TGFB1, CD105, and FSP1 during a 7-day in vitro culture. The analysis was conducted using the RT-qPCR technique. Changes in the expression of CD105 and FSP1 could be observed during the 7-day in vitro culture. In the case of TGFB, the expression remained at a similar level, with no statistically significant differences observed.
