This made customers easy to do banking activitieseven in their homes and offices at any time. The success of E-banking is largely depended on banker’s commitment and participation of the functioning at all stages and customer acceptance. In this view, the present work has made an attempt to study the customer’s perception of electronic banking services. The survey was conducted to 70 customers of nationalized banks in India.
