14例手术室潜伏性COVID-19感染患者的感染性及术后结局分析
目的:分析2019年潜伏性冠状病毒病(新冠肺炎)在手术室的传染性,并描述其术后结果,以武汉大学人民医院为研究对象,对医护人员与患者的接触感染情况进行了调查,并对患者的一般情况、临床症状体征、术后转归进行了分析,42名医护人员(共47人次)与患者接触后进行隔离医学观察。最后,3名医护人员被诊断为新冠肺炎。这14名患者在手术后3-7天内均为实验室确诊的SARS-CoV-2感染,干咳9例。术后死亡1例,根据当地卫生委员会,13名患者(包括1名轻度、7名一般和5名重症)被转移到指定医院。结论:即使在手术室环境中,SARS-CoV-2感染患者也具有高度传染性。麻醉和手术压力可能会加剧新冠肺炎的进展,并恶化患者的预后©2020,武汉大学医学杂志编委会版权所有
