Abstract

Background: There is sparse literature on the technique of single-stage anterior discectomy fusion and posterior decompression and flavectomy using the biportal endoscopic technique. Methods: Single-stage anterior discectomy fusion and posterior biportal endoscopic decompression and flavectomy apply to cervical myelopathy at a single level with an anterior disc and posterior ossified ligamentum flavum complex.
