espanolEl presente trabajo expone una comparacion analitica y funcional de los responsables de impartir justicia: los tribunales (compuestos por jueces) y el jurado (integrado por ciudadanos). Su proposito es revelar la naturaleza juridica de cada uno, su composicion e instrumentos de actuacion para confrontarlos y evidenciar como operan en el proceso judicial.
