The study employed a quantitative research methodology. A total of five hypotheses were proposed for testing, and a conceptual model was developed to test these hypotheses for significance at the .05 level. A questionnaire survey was used and a total of 230 academic librarians agreed to participate in the study. The data collected was analysed with the aid of SPSS. The results of the study reveal that knowledge management and organizational culture made positive and significant contributions to job performance.
