Data were gathered from 401 Indian IT professionals. The findings revealed that career adaptability has a negative impact on turnover intention and positive impact on career satisfaction. Turnover intentions of Indian IT professionals are due to their career adaptability. Abstract

The information technology sector is characterized by a dynamic environment with layoffs, although concurrently generating potential opportunities.
