苏拉威西岛东南部药用植物对作为清真产品替代成分的伤寒沙门氏菌YCTC的植物化学特征和抗菌活性测试
对苏拉威西岛东南部几种药用植物的甲醇提取物进行了植物化学成分分析和抗菌活性试验。采用薄层色谱法进行植物化学筛选,鉴定生物碱、类黄酮、单宁、皂苷和三萜类次生代谢化合物,同时采用琼脂扩散法以氯霉素为阳性对照对伤寒沙门氏菌YCTC进行抗菌活性试验。结果表明,脆叶藻的根和叶的提取物产生直径为9mm和5mm的透明区,胆兰属植物的叶的提取物形成直径为9mm的透明区。植物对细菌产生直径分别为3.5毫米和6毫米的透明区。然后可以进一步研究对沙门氏菌有活性的植物部分的提取物,以获得具有抗菌潜力的化合物,并可作为清真产品中草药成分的替代品。
