Free Health Service (LKC) Dompet Dhuafa Central Java is a health program that provides free health services for underprivileged communities. However, to ensure optimal service, it is necessary to optimize the service management of healthy outlets at LKC. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the optimization of healthy outlet service management in LKC and design a theoretical framework that can help in improving the quality of health services in LKC. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. The results showed that the factors that affect the optimization of healthy outlet service management at LKC include: human resource management, drug and medical device procurement management, data management, and community relations management. From the results of the analysis, a theoretical framework was designed which includes six components, namely: planning, organizing, procurement, implementation, supervision, and assessment. This theoretical framework can help in improving the quality of health services in LKC by providing systematic and comprehensive guidance for LKC management. In conclusion, optimization of healthy outlet service management at LKC needs to be carried out continuously to improve the quality of health services. The theoretical framework designed can be used as a reference for LKC management in improving and developing health programs for underprivileged communities.

In December 2019, the world was rocked by the coronavirus outbreak, the virus first appeared in the Chinese city of Wuhan. The impact of the Covid-19 virus is not only felt in China, but other countries including Indonesia have felt the shock. The impact caused by the corona virus is multidimensional, social, political, educational, as well as health and economic, where to overcome this impact requires good cooperation between the government, the community and ZIS fund management institutions optimally in order to contribute to handling Covid-19. Islamic social finance is very important and beneficial because it helps many people's difficulties. From this, the purpose of this article is to analyze the roles, prospects, opportunities and challenges of ZIS Management Institutions against the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, which is research that uses qualitative data and then described descriptively. This study uses secondary data sources, where researchers can obtain data from existing sources, namely websites, journals, newspapers, financial reports, and books. In this study using a literature study instrument that aims to reveal various theories related to the problems studied, literature studies can also be used as input and basis in explaining how the implementation and mechanism of zakat distribution in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it was found that ZIS institutions play an important role in building economic justice, especially acting as a social safety net.

Phytochemical profile and antibacterial activity test performed on several medicinal plants methanol extracts of plants Keji beling (Strobilanthes crispus BI), Starfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi Linn.), Kangkung (Ipomoea aquatica), Secang (Caesalpinia sappan Linn.) and Jathropa (Jatropha curcas Linn.) existing in the Southeast Sulawesi. Phytochemical screening carried out by TLC method to identify classes of secondary metabolic compounds like alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins and triterpenoids, while the antibacterial activity test against the bacteria Salmonella typhi YCTC using the agar diffusion method with chloramphenicol as a positive control. The results obtained show that the extract of the roots and leaves of plants of S. crispus yield a diameter of 9 mm and 5 mm clear zone, the extract of the leaves of plants A. bilimbi yield a diameter of 9 mm clear zone, while the extract of the trunks and flowers of C. sappan. plants produce a clear zone diameter of 3,5 mm and 6 mm against the bacteria. extracts from plant parts that have activity against salmonella bacteria can then be further investigated to obtain compounds that have potential as antibacterial and can be used as alternatives as herbal medicinal ingredients in halal products.

Desa Wisata Situ Tirta Marta adalah salah satu desa wisata air andalan di Kabupaten Purbalingga, yang mempunyai beberapa hal menarik dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkangkan. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : Strategi pengembangan pariwisata berbasis Community Based Tourism (CBT) di Desa Wisata Situ Tirta Marta serta usaha yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa, masyarakat dan kelompok sadar wisata dalam melakukan pengembangan pariwisata berbasis CBT, dan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari CBT pada pengembangan wisata di Desa Wisata Situ Tirta Marta. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Pengelola Kelompok sadar wisata, Pemerintah Desa, masyarakat sekitar desa wisata dan pengunjung desa wisata. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Strategi pengembangan pariwisata berbasis CBT di Desa Wisata Situ Tirta Marta yaitu dengan promosi, pembangunan fisik, penerapan sapta pesona wisata, penambahan sarana dan prasarana serta kegiatan-kegiatan kepariwisataan. Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa, masyarakat dan Kelompok Sadar Wisata dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata adalah memberikan bentuk-bentuk pelatihan untuk masyarakat dan menerapkan sapta pesona wisata di Desa Wisata Situ Tirta Marta. Faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan desa wisata adalah masyarakat, alam, keuangan, kemitraan, sarana dan prasarana. Faktor penghambat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Situ Tirta Marta adalah masyarakat, sumbr daya manusia, lahan tempat wisata, transportasi serta persaingan obyek dan daya tarik wisata antar wilayah di Kabupaten Purbalingga.

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of religiosity, awareness of healthy lifestyles, halal certificate logos, exposure media and halal literacy on the level of halal awareness of halal food products in the sociocultural group of the Penginyongan community. The study used 200 respondents with a non-probability method through purposive sampling. Where the respondents in this study have a special characteristic, namely using Penginyongan language actively in their daily lives. Data through questionnaires in this study were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that religiosity, media exposure and halal literacy had no partial effect on the level of halal awareness of halal food products in the sociocultural group of the Penginyongan community. There are only 2 variables that have a significant partial effect, namely a healthy lifestyle and the halal certificate logo. Simultaneous testing resulted in the conclusion that all independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable, that is halal awareness. In the sociocultural group of Penginyongan community was also found to still use a social perspective/perception about the halalness of a product, not looking at the special characteristics of halal listed on the label/packaging of food products.

Di tengah hangatnya isu halal, banyak pengusaha yang mulai mengkonsep usahanya sesuai dengan nilai-nilai syariah seperti perbankan syariah, asuransi syariah, investasi syariah, restoran syariah, hotel syariah, pariwisata halal dan lainnya. The modern retail business is currently growing rapidly along with the times. Economic progress has also contributed to the development of the modern market and retail business in Indonesia. The modern retail business has now expanded to various cities in Indonesia. Even modern shops with minimarket franchises have spread to a number of cities and districts. Modern retail business in the form of hypermart, Indomaret, Alfamart, department store and wholesaler. While shopping centers can be in the form of malls and trade centers. The focus of this research is how are modern retail business practices and how is consumer protection in modern retail businesses?. The data in this study were collected using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. This type of research is an empirical juridical research using a socio legal approach. The results in this study are first, modern retail business which is a development of traditional retail. In practice, the business applies modern concepts by utilizing technology and accommodates lifestyle developments at the community and consumer level. However, there are still frequent price mistakes made by business actors to consumers. This starts from the unsynchronized price listed on the displayed product with the price stored in the computerized system (product data input on the computer application) at the cashier. Second, business actors need to make efforts to synchronize prices so that price errors do not occur, as well as pay attention to the total purchases that are calculated automatically by the computerized system (product data input on computer applications) and the money that consumers give. Economic progress has also contributed to the development of the modern market and retail business in Indonesia. The modern retail business has now expanded to various cities in Indonesia. Even modern shops with minimarket franchises have spread to a number of cities and districts. Modern retail business in the form of hypermart, Indomaret, Alfamart, department store and wholesaler. While shopping centers can be in the form of malls and trade centers. The focus of this research is how are modern retail business practices and how is consumer protection in modern retail businesses?. The data in this study were collected using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. This type of research is an empirical juridical research using a socio legal approach. The results in this study are first, modern retail business which is a development of traditional retail. In practice, the business applies modern concepts by utilizing technology and accommodates lifestyle developments at the community and consumer level. However, there are still frequent price mistakes made by business actors to consumers. This starts from the unsynchronized price listed on the displayed product with the price stored in the computerized system (product data input on the computer application) at the cashier. Second, business actors need to make efforts to synchronize prices so that price errors do not occur, as well as pay attention to the total purchases that are calculated automatically by the computerized system (product data input on computer applications) and the money that consumers give. Departing This research is based on an agreement that is still very rarely understood even though in practice, this agreement is often carried out and even carried out every day by the community. This agreement usually occurs through the object of buying and selling something which is usually related to movable or immovable goods. In this study, the authors provide opinions and some ideas related to the Istishna contract in everyday life. In addition, the drafter of this contract concept also compares its validity from two points of view, namely from the point of view of fiqh muamalah and the view of civil law as positive law that applies in Indonesia. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada suatu perjanjian yang masih sangat jarang dipahami walaupun secara praktik, perjanjian ini sering dilakukan bahkan dilaksanakan setiap hari oleh kalangan masyarakat. Perjanjian ini biasa terjadi melalui objek jual beli sesuatu yang biasanya terkait barang bergerak maupun barang tidak bergerak. dalam penelitian ini penyusun memberikan pendapat dan beberapa gagasan terkait akad Istishna dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, Konsep akad ini juga penyusun bandingkan keabsahan nya dalam dua sisi sudut pandang yakni dalam sudut pandang fikih muamalah dan pandangan hukum perdata sebagai hukum positif yang berlaku di indonesia.

Departing from the community's understanding of waqf, it is still traditional that what is called waqf are immovable objects such as land, madrasas, grave lands and others. Whereas in this modern era, community waqf is to produce innovations that are more beneficial for the benefit, both in the economic, social and religious fields. So, this article aims to provide knowledge about the dynamics of waqf in the perspective of fikih scholars and the laws and regulations. The method used by the author to describe this article is search-based. This is done by the author by looking for references related to waqf material either in books or also in book literature. Then the authors look at and read in this article. In addition, the references used cannot be separated from positive legal regulations in Indonesia regarding waqf. The results of this study indicate that waqf in terms of fikih, the legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia have a complementary and mutually reinforcing relationship. From these findings, it can be said that waqf as an instrument of philanthropy has a strong foundation in the view of fikih and positive law in Indonesia in order to provide the public benefit for the community.

Purchasing decisions are the actions of consumers to be willing to buy or not against a product. Many factors can influence a consumer's purchasing decision on a product. Therefore, entrepreneurs are required to understand the behavior of consumers in purchasing, especially in Indonesia whose people are the majority of Muslim consumers, one of which is by halal labeling and promotion. The review means to examine the impact of halal naming and advancement on the buying choices of Samyang noodel. This study utilizes quantitative examination strategies. The populace in this study was understudies at UIN Prof. KH. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto. The testing strategy utilized is non-likelihood inspecting with purposive examining procedure utilizing 100 essential information acquired from polls. Information examination is done through spearman rank connection, composed concordance of kendal w and ordinal relapse investigation utilizing SPSS. While the correlation of kendal w concordance of 0.430 showed a simultaneous relationship between halal labeling and promotion of purchase decisions in a positive direction, while ordinal regression testing on the Fitting Information model table showed that both independent variables of halal labeling and promotion significantly affected the decision to purchase Samyang noodle in students at UIN Prof. KH.
