Data were collected using a self-administered online questionnaire. Data were collected from a sample of 51 small retailers located in southern part of Pune using convenience sampling method. Abstract

India, as the global research and development hub for Manufacturing, has enhanced more and more with digital marketing. We are in a society driven by digital technology, such is its impact that there are countries where citizens don’t have running water, but own Smartphones. Digital marketing has an incredible influence on people’s interactions, work purchases, and life habits. The objective of this paper is to study the different facets of artificial intelligence, to understand the influence of digital marketing in customer satisfaction and to understand the influence of digital marketing on small scale retailers concerned to artificial intelligence.
