The Barthel index before treatment in both groups had no statistical difference (P > 0.05), but the research group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). Abstract

Objective: Discussion and analysis of the effect of the early application of Tirofiban on acute ischemic stroke (AIS) after intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase. 早期应用替罗非班治疗尿激酶静脉溶栓后急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察

目的：探讨和分析早期应用替罗非班治疗尿激酶静脉溶栓后急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）的疗效。方法：本研究的受试者为宜宾市第四人民医院收治的40例AIS患者，他们于2018年1月至2022年12月被计算机随机分为对照组（20例，常规尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗）和研究组（20例行早期替罗非班治疗）。比较分析两组患者的干预效果。结果：两组治疗前血小板相关参数无统计学差异（P>0.05），但治疗后研究组高于对照组（P<0.05），治疗前Barthel指数两组无统计学差别（P>0.05），结论：早期替罗非班治疗AIS患者尿激酶静脉溶栓后，能有效调节血小板相关参数，提高患者的治疗效果和生活能力，具有一定的临床疗效。
