Abstract

Coronaviruses are widely distributed, rapidly mutated, highly prevalent and highly genetic diverse Due to frequent cross species infection, new coronaviruses may appear periodically in human beings At present, there is no effective specific treatment drug and vaccine for coronavirus infection In order to provide theoretical basis and reference for clinical treatment of coronavirus infection and early development of specific antiviral drugs, this paper reviews the research progress of antiviral drugs in coronavirus infection © 2020, Editorial Board of Medical Journal of Wuhan University All right reserved
