Training of privates, sergeant staff in the training center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Abstract

The article analyzed the system of training specialists in the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and developed recommendations for the training of a sergeant-leader who is able to manage personnel, train them, be responsible for their moral and psychological state, and prepare them to perform assigned tasks. Issues of step-by-step training of sergeants and warrant officers at relevant training courses were also considered. The issues of improving the qualifications of military servicemen under the contract of private, sergeant (warrant officers) have been revealed. The modern structure of positions and corresponding military ranks of sergeants and warrant officers is described. Analyzed changes in the system of cash benefits for sergeants.
