Through bibliographical research and documentary analysis based on the theoretical-methodological framework of dialectical historical materialism, we analyzed the main programs implemented by the State Department of Education, Culture and Sports that materialized the “Pact for Education”, a set of reforms proposed by this secretariat in 2011. Abstract
