Meanwhile the puncture strength-T of nonwovens increases first and then decreases with the increase of the number of layers, and the maximum puncture strength-T is found at 20 layers. Abstract

目的设计一种复合材料,通过五个浓度梯度的聚氨酯浸渍处理,提高复合材料的静态抗穿刺性能。设计/方法/途径分别详细探讨了聚氨酯浓度、聚酯非织造布数量、组分纤维类型(长丝或短纤维)与静态抗穿刺性能的关系。研究结果为设计具有较好抗静刺性能、制备工艺可行、成本低廉的柔性复合材料提供了新的思路。研究结果表明,聚氨酯浸渍非织造布的抗静电穿刺性能明显提高。同时,随着层数的增加,非织造布的穿刺强度- t先增大后减小,在20层时达到最大值。此外,具有长丝的复合材料具有更好的机械抗力。
