On the contrary, the conditions of social security and labor contract are the most different. Abstract
The aging rate of the population is rising, and the number of elderly people participating in the Chilean labor market is also increasing. The purpose here is to understand employment conditions. To this end, partial and comprehensive indicators reflecting the status of social security, contracts, working days and income factors are estimated.
