Abstract

Indonesian government and society in improving the quality of education, especially in student achievement in schools. This study aims to determine 1) the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning achievement. 2) the relationship between teacher performance and learning achievement. 3) The relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher performance with student achievement at SMAN 1 Batuklian Utara, Central Lombok. This research is a qualitative research, the data collection used is a questionnaire and documentation.
