Abstract

A synopsis of the authors' work detailing the use of chemometric response surface methodology (RSM) in two capillary electrophoresis (CE) studies is described. They demonstrate the usefulness of employing RSM to specific CE applications, thereby proving the utility of chemometrics design in experimental optimization.
