Abstract
Objectives
The incidence of cleft lip and palate in Italy is 1:800 births. The aim of this report is to describe the correction of malocclusion with dental crowding and unilateral left cross bite in an 8-year-old boy with cleft lip and palate and maxillary hypoplasia.
