In order to assess this, derived the performance range of components and planning that affect the carbon emissions of the operational phase of the apartment housings. Depending on the range and performance elements of the plan that has been derived to create 81 samples, the experimental design method to simulate the carbon emissions and energy requirements of the apartment building operational phase. The 81 simulations assessed the reduction of energy demand, the reduction of carbon emissions, the additional cost of construction and the benefit of carbon credit.
